Octagon Consolidated Berhad ("Octagon") was incorporated in Malaysia on 30 October 1999 under the Companies Act, 1965 as a private limited company under the name of Octagon Consolidated Sdn Bhd. It was subsequently converted to a public company and changed its name to Octagon Consolidated Berhad on 27 November 1999.
