Octagon Consolidated Berhad ("Octagon") was incorporated in Malaysia on 30 October 1999 under the Companies Act, 1965 as a private limited company under the name of Octagon Consolidated Sdn Bhd. It was subsequently converted to a public company and changed its name to Octagon Consolidated Berhad on 27 November 1999. The Company was listed on the Second Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 8 November 2000 and was transferred to the Main Board of Bursa Securities on 18 June 2002.
